The AXON-IMX8M-PLUS is an ultra-compact (37x58mm) System-on-Module built on the NXP i.MX 8M Plus processor, integrating a quad-core Cortex-A53, Cortex-M7 real-time core, dedicated 2.3 TOPS NPU for ML inference, and dual 3D/2D GPUs. The module uses four 80-pin Hirose board-to-board connectors for vibration-resistant integration. Available in commercial (0 to 70C) and industrial (-40 to 85C) temperature grades.
